Our mission at the Narrative Arc is to help every child succeed, no matter where they start.
Prepared parenting is our way of bringing this vision to life. By equipping adults in children’s lives with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need, we set them up for success. Additionally, effective parenting cannot be a one-size-fits-all approach. To support each individual and community, we take a holistic approach.
The key to our success is focusing on strengths and assets. Parents can improve their children’s lives by harnessing their unique skills and abilities. By empowering parents to recognise and build upon their strengths, we help them create positive change that lasts a lifetime.
Our Approach
Our approach is founded on trust, choice, authenticity, and non-judgment. Across all cultures, people have encountered adversity in their pasts, and these experiences shape their perspectives on themselves, children, and young people.
A dynamic curriculum reflects 21st-century parenting. Based on the “6 C’s,” this curriculum helps participants shift paradigms.
Personalised attention and feedback help parents achieve their objectives more rapidly through our one-on-one and group coaching programmes. While group coaching offers the chance to learn from our parenting experts and other parents. The two methods help parents improve the atmosphere at home for their families through helpful advice and support.
